Should you have any concerns on the product and would like to return it, please read the following details carefully.
Return is only eligible for the following two reasons:
- Received the wrong item
- Defective good

Kindly contact us at hello@ohmacat.com within 3 days after receiving the goods to let us know the item you have ordered and received.
Please return the item in original condition within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping fee will not be refunded).
Defective goods
If an item is damaged on arrival, kindly contact us at hello@ohmacat.com within 3 days after receiving the goods to let us know the defect with photos showcasing the defection.
We will refund or replace the item with valid photo and email.
Other reasons
For other reasons from stated above, kindly contact us at hello@ohmacat.com within 3 days after receiving the goods to let us know the intention to return. Our Meow-in-charge will advice the next course of action.
